An ice cream parlor with self service, what a nonsense. On July 26th, 2020 (Corona time) we wanted to eat ice cream and should do it ourselves, how should that work if I have never done it before.

No cream in the spaghetti ice cream without notice, other ice creams than ordered in the sundae, 30 minutes waiting time until the card arrived, even though it was not that full in the late afternoon. Because the ice at least tasted, 2 stars.

Sunday afternoon, 32 degrees. Two waitresses who were totally overwhelmed and, I believe, have worked for the first time in the catering industry. All outdoor tables overcrowded with used dishes. Waiting after about 20 minutes and three times pointing out that guests are sitting outside, we and others then left. The two students did not manage to clear the tables during this time let alone bring the menus to the guests. Conclusion: people do not go there. Pity about the time. Better to drive 5 minutes and be served in Salzkotten. NEVER AGAIN.

I've always been eager to eat ice cream, but as of today, I do not think I'll go anymore. Only 15 minutes waiting for the card (was moderately busy), just wanted to get up to ask at the hall, since the waiter came with the card. After another 10 minutes he came to order. Wanted strawberry cup - no more strawberries (which you could understand), so instead an ice cream in the croissant, a normal spaghetti ice cream and a Waldbeer mug ordered .. all orders were wrong .. ice cream was in the cup, spaghetti ice cream and no with funny sauce on it and Waldbeer mug with the wrong ordered ice creams ... too bad In addition, dirty dishes were everywhere on the tables. The two men were completely overwhelmed, the one could barely German and therefore probably the orders all wrong. Ice still tasted as always, but the service was really bad. Hope to get better to eat here again

The staff is friendly and helpful. The ice cream is ok.

As always very delicious ice cream. Only recommended.

Today 2018- Sunday - we have free seat choice. The spaghetti ice cream and cappuccino taste very good. So we got a good day today. The service even asks us several times if everything is ok and if it tastes good. We are happy. UPDATE 2019 even a year later, the first outdoor meal tastes amazing.

On a day like today with 27 degrees and sun there are exactly two people to serve. One does the out-of-home sales and the ice cream sundae and the other doesn't even manage to take the orders properly. A one-time visit due to very poor personnel planning. In front of and with us some guests left the location. Pity!
